The Whale's Song
Oak class have produced wonderful paragraphs of creative writing this week, inspired by a picture from this gorgeous book. They will all be displayed proudly in class when you come to visit for open evening.
In the style of Rozanne Bell
We have been comparing the work of Lowry, with the contemporary artist, Rozanne Bell. Lots of her paintings portray buildings and people. We liked her work so much, that we used one as a stimulus to create our own, using oil pastels and watercolours. The photos don't do them justice. We will look forward to showing them off during open evening.

In the style of Rozanne Bell
We have been concentrating on our art work this afternoon, creating pieces in the style of Rozanne Bell. We love her paintings and have been comparing them to Lowry's. What do you think so far?
